Privacy.

This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for a short period to run the service.

If you write to us, we keep your message and use it to reply and, if you go ahead, to run discovery. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details. If you use the Physical AI enquiry form, we receive what you type into it and your email address, and use them to reply and, if you go ahead, to run discovery. Video we record for you is covered by your licence, and anyone we record will be covered by the notice they are given and the release they sign before recording, not by this page.

Data you give us during discovery, a pilot or a run is handled under the terms of your contract: named people only, deleted when you ask, with a written certificate, never used to train anything and never shared.

Questions, or a request to delete what we hold: hello@xpusystems.com.
